Full interior design of a new construction project. Collaborates with client, architect, contractor, vendors, and other professionals to see the design come to life. Full space plan, including drawings and elevations as needed. Selects, facilitates, and/or sources: furnishings, fixtures, lighting, audio/visual, and all other materials needed to complete the design.

Number of hours will vary based on the project in question.

Furnishings, Fixtures, etc.

Available to select and facilitate the installation of furniture and other furnishings, fixtures, including lighting and audio/visual, accessories, and more.

Holiday Decoration

Available to select and facilitate the installation of holiday decor and furnishings.

This may be charged at a higher rate depending on urgency and the number of holiday clients in a given year.

Remodels

Full Remodel: Full interior design of remodel residence. Collaborate with contractor, subcontractors, and other vendors to see the design come to life. Full space plan, including drawings and elevations as needed. Selects, facilitates, and/or sources: furnishings, fixtures, lighting, audio/visual, and all other materials needed to complete the design.

Partial Remodel: Interior design of selected spaces. Collaborate with contractor, subcontractors, and other vendors as needed. Space plans for selected rooms, including drawings and elevations as needed. If requested, can select, facilitate, and/or source: furnishings, fixtures, lighting, audio/visual, and all other materials needed to complete the design.
